The Board wrote in the complaint that Station Casinos is responsible for the violation of the Stadium Live program. For Station Casinos, they did not follow through and the bets were able to be placed. In the complaint, regulators said that the operator needs to have a monitoring process in place to make sure that wagers are not accepted after the outcome of an event has been determined. Because of this, the Board said that the company was already aware that there was an issue with its services. Three times in three years, the Red Rock Resort received violation letters regarding sports betting regulations from the Board. In the spring report, the company said that a computer malfunction caused server memory issues within Stadium Live. On September 13, a two-count complaint was filed, with the Control Board stating the company reported a technical issue in late March. In total, 348 bets were allowed to be posted after the outcome of an event. The Nevada Gaming Control Board will be fining the owner or instituting another form of action based on betting issues stemming from a three-year time frame. Station Casinos is facing disciplinary action after it was found that the company’s Red Rock Resort sportsbook took wagers after event outcomes were known.
